We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced French or German-speaking Team Manager to join our remote team.
As a Team Manager at United Call Centers, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of dedicated call center representatives to deliver top-notch customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance targets, while fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of call center representatives to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs, objectives, and service level agreements.Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and service enhancements to meet client expectations.Ensure adherence to client-specific protocols, procedures, and quality standards.Conduct regular client meetings to review performance metrics, discuss challenges, and explore opportunities for growth.Monitor client satisfaction levels and take corrective actions as needed to address concerns and maintain strong partnerships.Provide regular reports and updates to clients on team performance, project milestones, and service delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and support client initiatives.Requirements: Fully professional fluency in French or German and English (both written and verbal).Proven experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and adapt to changing priorities.Proficiency in MS Office and call center software.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Dynamic and multicultural work environment.If you are ready to take your career to the next level and make a difference in the world of customer service, apply now to join our team as a Call Center Team Manager at United Call Centers
