French Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls from our client's customers.
Welcome and advise customers.
Offer personalized solutions on every call.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the efficient processing of customer requests.
Ensure the confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Requirements:
French Native or Strong C2 + English B1
Prior experience in customer support is a plus (but not mandatory).
What We Offer:
Monthly salary: 930 euro (14 salaries).
Performance Bonus: 100 euros for three first months then up to performance.
Meal Allowance: 9 euro per day.
Transportation reimbursement: up to 40 euro.
Private Medical Insurance after 4 months.
Working schedule: Monday to Saturday - rotating shifts from 7am till 7pm.
