Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a fixed work schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional late rotating shifts from 7 am to 10 pm.
Your Role As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for the bank's clients, handling a variety of inquiries with a focus on delivering top-notch service.
Your tasks will include: Managing inbound inquiries through chat and email, providing navigation support for the online banking portal.
Delivering excellent customer service while continuously seeking ways to enhance the customer experience.
Offering detailed information on product conditions, ongoing marketing campaigns, branch services, and much more.
Presenting the banks product range in a sales-oriented manner and supporting central marketing campaigns.
Processing orders and requests, such as sending forms, ordering duplicates, handling PIN/TAN orders for online banking, and more.
Implementing card blocking and mediating processes by forwarding issues to the appropriate departments.
Taking part in the hotline for customer satisfaction, recording concerns, and ensuring feedback is properly managed.
Who We're Looking For Language Skills: Native German speaker with B2 proficiency in English.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Personality: We need dynamic, proactive individuals who are passionate about helping customers and solving problems.
Training and Onboarding To ensure youre fully prepared, youll undergo a comprehensive 4-week training and nesting period (2 weeks of training followed by 2 weeks of hands-on support).
