Customer & Technical Support – French speaker Are you the best professional solving technical issues? Can you transform a problem into a good experience? Are you a native French speaker? Then, work as Customer & Technical Support
We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team. Be the first point of contact with our client's end-users. Answer customer questions and clarify any information about our client's software, through phone and email.
The best professionals, processes and software-tools will give you support. Also, you will have crucial training.

What you'll do Working as a Customer & Technical Support, you'll have to be a relentless advocate for the customers and their issues;
Provide the necessary help to solve all customer's technical issues, through phone and email;
Ensure customer satisfaction, presenting creative solutions to their issues;
Make an effort to regain customer's confidence in the brand;
Provide recommendations to engage with customer's needs;
Have a central role within the internal organization.
What you'll need Native written and verbal communication skills in French;
Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory);
Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills as a Customer & Technical Support;
Excellent communication and good argumentation skills;
Ability to solve technical issues creatively;
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers;
Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
