Do you wish to work as an Order Support Specialist for one of the tech leading brands in the world?The Retail Back-Office Specialist receives escalations from customer-facing colleagues and works under strictregulations. They commit time to handle issues relating to the fulfillment of online orders placed bycustomers who expect the very best consumer electronics devices. Ensuring a swift and fast resolution forproblems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase is the focal goal of this role. From order inductionto item delivery, and from handling flavor changes to RMA completion, the Retail Back-Office Team ownsthis process.
• The Specialist will liaise with partners and provide direction for issue resolution to take the customer out ofthe loop for complex issues, achieving quick customer satisfaction. They will perform investigations that willlead to decisions impacting relations with customers and partners. Customer phone and email outreach arenecessary to relay issue resolution, providing timely updates when investigating and when restoring therelationship.
• Performing tasks in SAP at a high detail level for record-keeping is essential. SAP actions require utmostattention to detail and accurate adherence to KBase protocol.
Requirements
? Eligable to work in Portugal - valid work permit or EU passport.? Native Turkish level + Proficient in English (B2);
? Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure.? Service oriented.? Working in a back-office environment with customer satisfaction in mind? Excellent written and verbal communication skills? Interest in self and team KPIs ? Knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
