Description Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Develop strategic proposals and pitches to showcase the agency's capabilities and differentiate it from competitors. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and creative departments, to craft compelling pitches and ensure seamless client onboarding. Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business development strategies. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand its presence and reputation. Provide regular reports and updates on new business activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to senior management. Continuously cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities. Profile Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong networking abilities and a natural flair for building and nurturing client relationships. Strategic thinker with the capacity to identify opportunities, assess market trends, and develop actionable plans.
