¿Por qué te estamos buscando? Tu misión será implementar la acción comercial en su área geográfica definida por el Área Director, conforme a la estrategia de Mahou San Miguel y las directrices de la Dirección, contribuyendo a conseguir los objetivos de los clientes de los países asignados.

Tu día a día en Mahou San Miguel Definición, seguimiento y control de las cuentas del canal Horeca en su zona de acuerdo con la Política Comercial Internacional de la Compañía, con el fin de realizar el análisis y definición de las acciones correctivas necesarias y los medios para alcanzar los objetivos definidos frente a las desviaciones identificadas.
Identificar y coordinar oportunidades de negocio en el mercado portugués.
Supervisar y/o negociar las condiciones comerciales de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos por el Departamento Comercial Internacional.
Monitorear la correcta implementación de las acciones negociadas.
Analizar el mercado, tendencias y necesidades actuales de los clientes estratégicos asignados, identificar oportunidades y transferir formas de mejora en los departamentos de logística, producto, negociación y políticas de trade-marketing para optimizar la efectividad de las acciones comerciales.
Asegurar la implementación del manual de marca del Grupo Mahou San Miguel en Portugal.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados: ¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir?
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles similares.
Nivel avanzado de portugués.
Experiencia en el canal Horeca.
Experiencia en el sector FMCG.
Fuerte aptitud organizativa y comunicativa.
