About the Role
We are Rydoo, a fintech scale-up revolutionizing expense management. Our mission is to make expense management the easiest part of your day. We're building a new generation of expense management software with a product-first approach that truly benefits our end-users.
Your Key Responsibilities
As an Account Executive at Rydoo, you will take ownership of your territory and our potential accounts. Your main scope will be to enhance sales within your territory, pursuing increased net new revenue, assisted by business developers who will fuel you with quality leads. Your responsibilities will include:
Exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling Rydoo's solutions
Identifying and researching territories to formalize a go-to-market strategy
Developing a sales pipeline through a combination of increasing productivity of sales developers, personal high-level business development, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence
Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement
Assisting in increasing productivity across your territory (including other account executives)
Engaging with prospect organizations to position Rydoo's solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data
Managing the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
Generating short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation
Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery
Requirements
We're looking for a seasoned Account Executive with 2-3 years of experience in a SaaS industry. You should have a strong academic background or equivalent experience. You're a natural sales hunter with experience in managing accounts, and you possess great social skills, being a dynamic presence. A positive and upbeat attitude is a must, as well as a passion to take part in a scale-up culture. English is a minimum requirement, with a C1 level, and additional languages such as German, Dutch, French, or Spanish are a plus.
