The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our customer base, and generating new revenue from new leads and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and aggressively expand the customer base
  • Generate new revenue from new leads and existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
  • Lead in-person client presentations, including discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proposals
  • Engage with prospects to understand their unique pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs
  • Leverage Hubspot CRM and sales data to construct, forecast, and manage your own sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
  • Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the frontline of the business to help shape future product developments
  • Work closely with your Manager to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies with overall company objectives
Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Executive who has:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales
  • The ability to create strong relationships with prospects in a growth environment
  • Strong work method to be able to organize and prioritize a full pipeline
  • Experience with inside and outside sales, including inbound and outbound prospecting
  • Passion, drive, and desire to be part of a growing team that makes a difference
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Focused on self-improvement with resilience and autonomy
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (internally, we communicate exclusively in English)
  • Nice to haves: Hubspot experience and insurance or benefits market experience
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of 35,000€ to 50,000€, translating to a total gross package of 26,000€ to 38,000€ (plus variable compensation and other benefits). Our hiring process includes:
