We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Unit4. As an Existing Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing new business across our existing customers, working closely with our marketing, BDE, and existing business sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities with existing customers, qualifying, progressing, and closing software/service revenue opportunities.
  • Build relationships with customers and executive sponsors using consultative selling skills.
  • Manage RFI/RFP processes as required.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of sales from generating leads, demonstrating the product, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning.
  • Utilize Dynamics CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates.
  • Various ad-hoc tasks within business development, sales, and marketing.
Requirements:
  • A passionate existing business (farmer) sales professional with a proven track record of at least 3 years quota overachievement with a SaaS solution.
  • Experience and network within ERP SaaS is an advantage but not essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree will be a plus.
  • Adaptable and lively, enthusiastic personality.
  • Results-oriented & Self-Starter.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction/success.
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn with a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English – both written and verbally.
