Telecom Sales Executive

Randstad Professionals is collaborating with a software development company to find a Telecom Sales Executive for the European Market (m/f). Key Responsibilities:
• As a senior sales executive, you will focus on uncovering new business opportunities and breaking into new clients in the European Market.
• You will manage the sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and deliverables for closing deals while consistently meeting sales goals by selling innovative solutions to new customers.
• Arrange and conduct face/virtual meetings, software demonstrations, and follow-up calls with new clients.
• Maintain knowledge of the company's solutions and services.
• Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.
• Ensure a smooth handoff of all new accounts to the account management teams.
• This position will focus on new sales origination and closing, with the expectation to grow to EUR 5M/year in revenue over a 3-year plan.
Key Competencies:
• Hunter mentality, with a proven track record of breaking new accounts, generating, and closing new business deals (average deal size 2-5MEUR) perceived by customers as high-value projects/solutions.
• Active sales activity in the last 5+ years in the Telecom industry.
• Direct contacts with high-level decision makers in selected accounts.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Professional and personal standards as a team player of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
