Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers, leveraging your consultative selling skills to build strong relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our marketing, BDE, and existing business sales teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business expansion.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of sales, from generating leads to closing deals, and utilize Dynamics CRM to track and analyze sales activity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, using this insight to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the sales function.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a SaaS solution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
