David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Turkish-speaking Customer Service Representative for their Lisbon office.
Position: Customer Service Representative with Turkish Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work model: hybrid Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Clarifying any product information;  Answering questions and requests by chat and phone;  Helping in subjects such as : Payment, Refunds and Financing,  Shipping, Delivery and Pickup,  Returns and Exchanges The customer service specialist is there to help solve any type of problem insuring a swift and fast resolution.
REQUIREMENTS: Flawless communication skills, both written and oral in Turkish (C2) + Proficient in English (B2);   Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure.
Very good accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that small details can make the biggest difference.
Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions.
