Upya is looking for a Product Manager based in Lisbon , who wants to apply their excellent product management skills and experience to take their career to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and will take full ownership of our Carbon Credit product, unlock its proven potential and turn it market leader in its target industry. Most important, we need a product manager who can help us build a product that the industry leaders will love to use, roll out and talk about.
About Upya At Upya, our mission is to digitize last mile distribution and help bring essential goods to billions of under-served people around the world.
Our clients operate in frontier markets and complex environments. They sell impact products from solar home systems, to solar pumps and clean cookstoves. Some operate for profits and others collect Carbon Credits thanks to the CO2 emission they help avoid. We are here to help them digitize their business and expand their reach and impact. We work with distributors in more than 25 countries, across Asia and Africa.

Objectives of the role Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicate with stakeholders and coordinate other teams work (marketing, tech, sales, etc) to develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans Manage product performance in-life and ensure P&L KPIs are met What you'll be doing Manage product P&L Plan and prioritize product development and deployment. Continuously assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation Define product's gaps, priorities them and work with tech team to bridge these gaps. Define value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy. Mitigate roadblocks to achieving growth goals. Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities, new product marketing campaigns, etc. Five or more years of experience in product ownership of a SaaS (preferably B2B) product Five or more years of experience of P&L responsibility with proven track record for driving revenue growth Understanding of business value related to features and functions Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Very strong self-drive to deliver concrete projects effectively Experience and passion in working with a team towards a similar goal Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, diverse and dynamic work environment Business Development Manager for the Manufacturing MarketRegional Sales Manager (Portugal) - Orthopaedics#J-18808-Ljbffr
