We are looking for a talented and driven Global Sales Manager to help us elevate and accelerate our Customer Acquisition strategy and execution. BRIDGE IN is at a pivotal moment, with our product being released soon and our international already underway, we want to hire an experienced Sales Leader who is not scared by a 4x MRR Growth target and feels confident in themselves to help achieve this without VC money.To succeed in this job you'll need to be both a hunter and a builder, with an analytical mind . A relentless hunter for business opportunities, new go-to-market strategies, and outcomes. A passionate builder of relationships, with prospects, partners, and staff alike. You should like to mingle at on-site events and be a natural networker, but be equally a great communicator behind a video call. All while having an analytical mind to focus on hard objective metrics to drive strategy forward. This is a strategic role responsible for both strategy and optimizing sales processes, implementing sales technologies, and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently to support business growth and customer satisfactionBRIDGE IN is not your average company and we are not selling a basic low-value product, you'll be selling and helping the team sell complex products and services to senior executives often in other countries. Thus, the ability to be on top of your game and create trust remotely is paramount. We also have a high seniority hands-on approach. So you should expect to be in the frontline doing calls, making proposals, and ensuring results.This role is not well suited for a first-time Sales Manager. We love ambitious people, but you should have experience managing a Customer Acquisition operation.ResponsibilitiesWork with the leadership team to review and continuously improve go-to-market strategyDesign and execute sales campaigns beyond basic approachesGenerate leads and outreach to prospective customersEnsure an efficient lead qualification process based on Ideal Customer Profile fit and Buyer IntentGuarantee the delivery of a personalized consultative approach to business development at scaleHelp define and implement OKRs across the Sales departmentEnsure a consistent approach to identify prospect pains and map them to the value propositionTrain and coach Sales Representatives to maximum productivityOptimizing existing sales processes and policiesMaintaining data quality and consistency in sales systems and in collaboration with marketingAnalyzing sales data to support decision-making and measure impactClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasManage and update our Hubspot CRM and other reporting systemsDefine and optimize processes to prepare for the company's further scalingRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2 years managing Sales RepresentativesLocated in Europe, ideally in Iberia, or looking to relocateExperience selling SaaS ProductsKnowledge about venture capital and tech startupsBoth remote selling and field sales experience are highly recommendedExperience negotiating with multiple stakeholders in the sales processAbility to communicate and network effectively with C-suite executivesOutstanding English oral and written communication skillsAcute ability to understand and relate to people's needs and wantsStrong phone and video presenceHands-on experience with sales tech stack management, particularly Hubspot and Apollo or similarSolid listening and presentation skillsBe deliberate, thorough, and rigorous when executing assignmentsProficient with corporate productivity tools, including web conferencing, online corporate wikis, email, and presentation toolsAbility to self-manage by prioritizing tasks, manage time effectively, and achieve goalsA can-do attitude and a team-first player.
