To join our team, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to a positive work environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a broad skill set across all areas of Human Resources. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth and efficient start. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical. Employee Records & Compliance: Manage and update personnel records, including mandatory training evidence and service declarations. Oversee the preparation, management, and renewal of employment contracts, ensuring all deadlines are met and documents are in compliance with legal requirements. Assist with the preparation and submission of necessary documentation for internally promoted staff and other HR-related processes. HR Operations & Administration: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees. Support payroll processes by compiling and verifying data such as staff changes, absences, and new hires. Handle administrative tasks related to health insurance, employee benefits, and other routine HR duties. Ensure the timely and accurate completion of leaver paperwork and facilitate offboarding processes. Manage the reporting and documentation of work accidents, ensuring timely communication with relevant authorities and adherence to legal protocols
