We're looking for a People Partner to support management and development of our fast-growing teams in Romania.A skilled Emmie professional that will take our People Experience to the next level.

If you are a detail-oriented and result driven expert with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we’re looking for you

**What you'll do**:

- Act as a an expert in labor law and Payroll.
- Work closely with other functions e.g. Recruiting, Finance, IT and global/regional teams to contribute to Emma’s success.
- Contribute to the development of People policies and procedures and optimize day-to-day HR operations.
- Manage Payroll vendors and others on monthly basis for cross-checking and ensure the compliance with local tax law and regulations.
- Actively participate in our Retail Stores project, helping to build the HR set-up and improve our internal processes.
- Provide key input when developing the business cases for new stores - help the team to make smart business decisions.
- Being a trusted strategic advisor for our internal stakeholders, providing expert advice and guidance.

**What you'll need**:

- 3 years’ experience in HR as generalist or in an Operational/Payroll role.
- Extensive knowledge of local labour laws.
- Demonstrable experience in HR operation process integration, HRIS Project Management or JIRA.
- SSM certification (or willingness to have the SSM certification).
- Experience in Retail is a PLUS.
- You can work across business functions and you like results and detail-driven.
- You are independent, self-confident and you love to organize and coordinate things yourself, roll up your sleeves and take things on the road.
- Experience in a hyper-growth company - you can handle changes fast.
- Good spoken and written English.
