Entry Level Customer Support

Location: Remote (Applicants must reside between Coimbra and Algarve) Language Requirement: Native or C2 level Hungarian Contract Type: Permanent (3-month probation period) Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 - 19:00 (Rotating Shifts) Two rotating days off per week Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels promptly and accurately.
Provide detailed information about products and services.
Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, offering tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and streamline support processes.
Requirements: Fluency in Hungarian (native or C2 level).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential.
