We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels in a professional and friendly manner, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product-related issues, order queries, and general support, utilizing strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and solid communication skills in English (B2 level or higher), allowing for clear and effective interaction with customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude, enabling the successful resolution of customer concerns.
- Flexibility to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends, to meet the demands of our global customer base.
- A willingness to relocate to Braga, where our on-site operations are based.
