Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Order Assistance: Assist customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders.
- Technical Support: Offer basic technical support and guidance to customers (training provided).
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to solve complex issues and improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work rotative shifts Monday to Sunday (07:00 AM to 07:00 PM).
- No relocation support is provided. Candidates should already be based in Braga or willing to relocate at their own expense.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of approximately €28,000 per year, taking into account the location and industry standards.
- Meal allowance: 7.23€ per working day.
