We are seeking a skilled Dutch-speaking customer service representative to join our team in BRAGA, Portugal. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and delivering exceptional service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Address customer concerns via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to meet quality standards.
- Native or fluent in Dutch, with a strong command of English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotational shifts.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day.
- Transport Allowance: €20 per month.
- Health Insurance: Coverage starts from day 1 with a monthly contribution, fully covered after 6 months of employment.
