Technical Support Specialist for German-Speaking Clients

As a Technical Support Specialist at Cross Border Talents, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clients. About the Role- This is a remote full-time position based in Braga, Portugal, offering flexible working hours and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, primarily addressing technical issues related to website solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and offer quick, effective resolutions aligned with company guidelines.
- Assist customers with website setup, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Guide customers in navigating our website tools and solutions, ensuring they make the most out of our products.
- Maintain clear and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions using the company's CRM system.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction, consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals.
The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and collaborating to resolve customer issues. A strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply will be essential for success in this role.
Requirements- Fluency in German (C2 level) is required for this role.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level) is preferred.
- Customer service experience is a plus, particularly in technical support, but not mandatory.
- Technical aptitude or an eagerness to learn new tools and systems related to website solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and find solutions quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment.
