We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring timely resolution of issues and consistently high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist customers with product details, order issues, and general support, leveraging your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products to provide effective solutions.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating more complex issues as needed while maintaining open communication and transparency.
  • Provide clear and concise solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, documenting interactions accurately in our CRM system for seamless follow-up and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German (C2 level) and solid communication skills in English (B2 level or higher), allowing you to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude, enabling you to navigate complex situations and exceed customer expectations.
  • Flexibility to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of our global customer base.
  • Availability to work on-site in Braga, Portugal, supporting our local operations and fostering collaboration with colleagues.
