A **Direção Digital** da **EDP Comercial**, líder na energia e serviços de eficiência energética, pretende recrutar um(a)** Digital Experience and Selfcare Lead** para a área de **Selfcare e Experiência de Cliente Digital.**

**Principais responsabilidades**:

- Idealizar e projetar experiências digitais com base nas necessidades dos clientes, tendo em conta os objetivos estratégicos do grupo;
- Desenvolvimento de service blueprint e jornadas de cliente digitais, considerando todos os aspetos de uma experiência de cliente no digital (web, app, messaging,...);
- Liderança de iniciativas de service design e UX research;
- Criar momentos digitais que sejam impactantes para clientes e conduzam a uma satisfação e experiências de excelência;
- Liderar projetos de experiência de cliente digital;
- Dinamizar e construir de sessões de design thinking com clientes e colaboradores;
- Pensar e desenvolver novas estratégias de adesão e adoção a canais digitais;
- Liderança de projetos e iniciativas de adesão e adoção de canais digitais;
- Analisar indicadores e aspetos comportamentais dos utilizadores e de processos e suporte, para gerar insights significativos;
- Colaborar com outras áreas da direção e da empresa, assumido o papel de champion da experiência de cliente digital e de selfcare.

**Que tipo de perfil procuramos?**
- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia, Gestão ou Marketing;
- Experiência profissional superior a 5 anos em áreas de experiência de cliente, marketing digital, UX research, Service Design ou consultoria;
- Conhecimentos e experiência em metodologias Ágeis, Design Thinking ou Service Design;
- Autonomia, proatividade, curiosidade e gosto pela resolução de problemas, aliados a uma visão e motivação centradas no cliente;
- Pensamento crítico e muito orientado a objetivos e indicadores;
- Valorizam-se conhecimentos em Google Analytics, Power BI, Data Studio, Excel e PowerPoint;
- Domínio da língua inglesa.
