Its production unit in Aveiro manages the worldwide activities of the residential water solutions business unit and the offices in Lisbon develops sales and after-sales services, as well as consulting and designing projects for the design of heating and air conditioning solutions.
**Job Description** Your contribution to something big**:
- Support in coordinating daily tasks in sales operations for our sales team across Africa;
- Identification, assessment and development of proposals to standardize and harmonize processes related to logistics and sales operations;
- Support in administrative tasks such as price list updates and product data management;
- Follows up with customers, the sales team, our business units and plants regarding ongoing projects in product management;
- Support with the processes in product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, planning and product launch;
- Support with CRM set up and maintenance.
**Qualifications** What distinguishes you**:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Administration or closely related fields;
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus;
- Being self-directed, self-motivated and keen to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to work within a team in an international environment;
- Proficiency with Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Good communication skills;
- Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
