Logistics Administrative Assistant

**Purpose of Position**:
Assist Logistics during the peak season with the management of catering and ground transport orders for existing flights, with respect to crew and Owners.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Logistics team with the quality check of catering and ground transport orders for flight reservation requests, with the aim to ensure that orders have been processed correctly in NetJets systems;
- Assist with the management of day-of issues related to catering and ground transport orders, to ensure all confirmations have been submitted by our vendors and that last minute changes impacting the flights are processed in time to ensure all services are still successfully delivered;
- Aid Owner Services when possible, to spot check delayed or orders at risk and ensure OS reviews the respective requests in good time to ensure its successful fulfilment;
- Work with the Logistics team to process and review crew food orders to ensure a consistent and accurate delivery of each order at the required time and location, ensuring the smooth delivery of NetJets flights;
- Manage back office tasks related to the management of the logistics team, system IT changes and or process reviews, as directed by the Logistics Manager.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)**:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in logístical planning or in a customer-facing contact centre environment is preferred;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken). Additional languages (including Italian, Dutch, German, Russian, French and Spanish) are a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office.
