Elevus es una empresa de Selección Especializada que trabaja directamente con el cliente final. Nuestro cliente es una prestigiosa empresa multinacional líder en marketing B2B, y siguiendo su estrategia de crecimiento busca integrar en su equipo un Business Development Manager (h/m), para el mercado español y latinoamericano.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Investigar los principales actores clave en determinadas categorías en España y otros mercados y establecer y construir relaciones con clientes potenciales por teléfono, correo electrónico y redes personales.
- Construir una cartera de clientes nacionales.
- Responsabilidades de gestión de cuentas para ayudar a los clientes existentes a expandirse a nuevos mercados/categorías.
- Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de Asistentes de Ventas y Gestores de Éxito de Clientes para asegurar que nuestros clientes permanezcan satisfechos
- Expresar las preocupaciones de los clientes a cada equipo responsable dentro de toda la organización y crear estrategias para realizar un seguimiento coherente de las mismas.
- Alcanzar sus objetivos ambiciosos pero realistas.

**Perfil**:

- 2-3 años de experiência en ventas en B2B.
- Español nativo/fluido y buen nível de inglés.
- Experiência previa en hunting (new business) con un ratio de al menos 30/70
- Buen oyente, alguien con mentalidad resolutiva, con habilidad natural para resolver conflictos de forma rápida y eficiente.
