**Stellenbeschreibung**
- Du organisierst und begleitest das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitenden
- Du stehst dafür im engen Austausch mit den jeweiligen Vorgesetzten und unserer Enpal Akademie
- Du koordinierst die Anreise und Unterbringung unserer Neustarter:innen
- Du förderst die Optimierung unserer internen Onboarding-Prozesse
- Du unterstützt unsere Monteure bei der Sammlung ihrer Dokumente und ggfs. bei ihrer Registrierung in Deutschland

**Qualifikationen**
- Du bist kommunikativ und verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutsch, Portugiesisch und Englischkenntnisse, Spanisch ist ein Plus
- Du hast im Idealfall ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem der relevanten Bereiche: Wirtschaft, Personal, Psychologie oder Rechtswissenschaften
- Du hast schon erste Erfahrungen im Bereich HR Operations/Onboarding gemacht
- Du scheust nicht davor zurück, Verantwortung für eigene Projekte zu übernehmen und selbstständig & agil zu arbeiten
- Du bist motiviert in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen HR-Prozesse mit aufzubauen und das Fundament für den größten Renewable-Energiedienstleister Europas zu legen
