Job Summary:
The HR Officer will serve as the right hand of the HR Manager, assisting in various HR functions to ensure the effective operation of the department. This role involves collaborating with the HR Manager to manage recruitment and onboarding processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy development and compliance, benefits administration, employee engagement, HR analytics and reporting, termination and exit interviews, and team management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

**Employee Relations**:

- Address employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance and resolution in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.

**Performance Management**:

- Support the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in performance-related matters.

**Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and assist in developing programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on relevant topics.

**Policy Development and Compliance**:

- Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, manuals, and material in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws and regulations.

**Benefits Administration**:

- Assist in administering employee benefits programs.
- Respond to employee benefit-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

**Employee Engagement**:

- Support the implementation of initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing events and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.

**Termination and Exit Interviews**:

- Assist in managing the employee termination process, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing feedback.
- Identify trends and propose improvements based on exit interview data.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Team-oriented with a passion for contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
