Visão Geral:
Business Partner, HR Solutions role is responsible and accountable for developing, maintaining, and executing the strategies for Internal HAVI Supply Chain Products HR spaces (HCM, payroll systems etc.) existing and new.
The role will act as a Business Partner to the Chief People Officer and his/her leadership team and be responsible for stakeholder engagement, demand intake, and exploring opportunities the Technology solutions that can unlock to drive operational efficiency, employee engagement, and revenue growth.
This role will be responsible for technology strategy development, developing and executing product roadmap, program execution, product/solutions implementation, solution life cycle management, and operational excellence.
The role will include the day-to-day leadership of a global team comprising internal staff and external partners, made up of Solution Owner, Sr. Solution Analysts and Solution Analysts and resources from cross-functional teams to manage the solution/product life cycle end-to-end - solution concept/strategy to product sunset.
This role will work with the Chief Relationship Officer and Chief People Officer and their regional direct and indirect team in the Supply Chain Business Unit and Senior technology leaders to align a solutions delivery plan that aligns with the business outcome. The role will include day-to-day hands-on leadership and supervision of design and development while collaborating and gaining alignment on solutions capabilities, delivery timelines etc with Senior business functions and regional and Technology Executives. He/she will be accountable for architectural and design governance of work completed by staff and partners.
This role is accountable for end-to-end product delivery from strategy, business case approval through project/program management and development till adoption in the markets and value realization & tracking, and product support.
The immediate focus of this role will be developing/updating the business case of SAP SuccessFactor global implementation; overseeing the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the SAP SuccessFactors suite within the organization. The role involves IT project management/solution delivery: collaborating with cross-functional teams, obtaining requirements, configuring the system, ensuring alignment with business goals, and supporting user adoption.
The role will work closely with:
- Technology Strategy, Planning and governance (includes PMO, Vendor Management, and Strategy) to ensure all PMO, Technology Performance, and Governance rules and standards are followed, Vendor and Strategic Partners are managed on a strategic level
- Enterprise Architecture to ensure products follow the architectural principles and patterns
- Security to ensure security requirements are met by product and product delivery processes
- Infrastructure and operations to ensure product requirements are met
- Regional Technology to ensure adoption of the products and cost management on the cluster, market, and customer levels
- Analytics & Intelligent Automation and digital Innovation to feed any “digital gaps” in current products and operationalize solutions once incubation and prototyping phases of innovative solutions are successfully passed, and to deliver analytics solutions for the HR processes on top of classic BI solutions
- Other Business Partners to ensure best practices are shared in project management, solution delivery areas
- Business Processes and data Governance to ensure products are enabling agreed golden standard business processes or business processes are adjusted in limited cases
- IT Controlling for business case creation, products P&L management, and transparency
It has overall P&L responsibility for the existing Internal Products in the HR space (HCM, payroll systems etc), including any targets cascaded by the Supply Chain CIO relevant to the role.

- Working with the Head of Business Partnering Product line Internal products, CIO, Supply Chain Chief People Officer to develop, maintain, and execute agreed solution/product strategies for HR processes
- Effectively partner with HR leaders and user groups to define the solution capability roadmap
- Align with other Solution Owners to understand interdependencies between solutions and support consolidated HR Systems roadmap
- The immediate focus will be developing the SAP SuccessFactor business case and implementation strategy
**Execution Leadership**
- Defining the best project/program delivery models, and executing them
- Effectively manage related solution/product life cycle from Strategy to Retirement
