**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura/Mestrado nas áreas da saúde, comerciais ou marketing;
- Experiência profissional mínima de 2 anos como gestor de uma unidade e/ou de equipa;
- Domínio informático na ótica do utilizador (conhecimentos em Excel, Sage e/ou Salesforce);
- Pensamento analítico e capacidade de comunicação;
- Perfil proativo, enérgico, persistente e ambicioso;
- Foco nos resultados e objetivos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Realizar as primeiras consultas e análise global do perfil do paciente;
- Apresentar e esclarecer ao paciente os diferentes planos de tratamento personalizados de acordo com as suas necessidades;
- Planear, gerir e analisar ações de Marketing referentes à clínica;
- Gerir as reclamações;
- Assegurar as reuniões de fins de tratamento com os respetivos pacientes;
- Gerir o fundo de caixa, os horários, as escalas e as tarefas administrativas;
- Gerir e validar todo o stock;
- Participar e reportar resultados em reuniões mensais de equipa;
- Efetuar fechos de mês e elaborar mapas de comissões;
- Organizar, reportar e supervisionar toda a informação de recursos humanos;
