**About the Role**:

- Be responsible for supporting the Business Unit in the development of the commercial strategy aligned with Brand guidelines, and to ensuring the full execution_ _across all the customers of MT channel. TMM Portugal is the main point of contact for Sales and Marketing team. It Is coordinating all the tasks with the aim to develop the strategy in the market and build long term partnerships with customers leveraging on a deep knowledge of their vision and their shoppers. TMM is acting as a “process integrator’’ mainly between Local Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain in regards to Demand Planning. In Portugal DEMAND PLANNING is fully under TMM responsibility. Adapt the Ferrero Group Category strategies to fit with Local conditions (in terms of both categories and clients) in order to meet Company objectives with regard to volume and profitability by Category, always being guarantor of the All Inclusive Model implementation and supporting its pillars_

**Main Responsabilities**:
**IN STORE ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT**
- Provides to Sales the best tools and materials needed for the implementation of the Marketing Strategy inside the point of sale: coordinating the development of sales promotion activities and display, and the implementation of Trade Marketing initiatives at store level based on the needs collected by the Trade / Distribution Channels

**BUSINESS TRACKING AND DEVELOPMENT**
- Gives support to a set of company dashboards to ensure the monitoring of the main trade & shopper figures (e.g. P&L, sell-out market data, market share, market share competitors trends, etc..) and main business KPIs. The aim is to provide to all the BU relevant data to support business understanding and development

**CATEGORY MANAGEMENT**
- Monitors and analyzes trade, competitors and shopper market data, giving direct support to the CCDM, related to Channels MT / Categories, in order to identify business opportunities and develop new action plans
- Analyze the Category Vision by Retailer, providing sales argumentation to support an effective Join Business Plan that sets the standard in terms of placement in shelf, checkouts and secondary placement

**Who we are looking for**:
**Profile**:

- Bachelors in Administration and Business Economics or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, desirable in FMCG
- Advance level of MS Office
- Working experience in a cross cultural environment and in a matrix organization preferable
- Organized, structured and dynamic with a commitment to excellence
- Flexible, collaborative, proactive and excellent team player
- Results-oriented approach
- Ethical and strong personal values
