As a Senior HR Manager at Altar, you are responsible for finding and nurturing our most valuable asset: our people.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a **HR Manager** you’ll:

- Act as the first point of contact and HR representative for the team and management, providing guidance and support on all cross-functional HR-related matters, including employee benefits, branding initiatives, meal cards and insurance programmes;
- Supervise and monitor the strategies implemented at the recruitment level (agreements with colleges, contact with agencies, Sourcing strategy, HR mobility, visa-related topics, KPIs);
- Follow-up of the recruitment cycle, supervision of processes and support in the organisation and integration of new employees;
- Update the HR systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
- Supporting management in the integration of new employees;
- Conducting Culture and Well-being questionnaires and interviews;
**The Hands-On Experience We Need You to Bring to the Table**:

- Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology);
- 5+ years of proven work experience as a Tech Recruiter/HR Manager;
- Proficient in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
