**Responsibilities**:
- Receiving telephone calls from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy. Redirecting phone calls to staff internally.
- Calling customers whose request may not be clear or to update them about their policy status.
- Indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.
Your Profile
- Fluent in Romanian
- Working proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
- Previous experience in Customer Service.
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
