A Newrest Portugal tem como missão a prestação de serviços de catering, predominantemente no setor da aviação, e pretende admitir um **Customer Service Representative (Trainee) (M/F)** para as suas instalações na zona do Aeroporto de Lisboa.

FUNÇÕES E RESPONSABILIDADES
- Gestão da carteira de clientes, garantindo a boa e constante comunicação com os mesmos;
- Juntamente com as restantes equipas de gestão e operacionais, assegurar o nível de serviço e os padrões de qualidade exigidos, tanto a nível interno como do cliente;
- Análise e preparação de propostas para clientes;
- Análise da rentabilidade de contratos, realização de P&L por cliente;
- Análise dos contratos de clientes e respetivos requisitos de serviço, e, juntamente com os responsáveis operacionais, assegurar o rigoroso cumprimento dos contratos;
- Análise e seguimento de indicadores de clientes (KPI’s), de forma a assegurar um adequado acompanhamento dos clientes;
- Análise e seguimento de indicadores internos e externos (KPI’s), de forma a assegurar um adequado reporte à Direção Geral.

**Perfil**:

- Licenciatura na área de Gestão, Economia, Turismo, Restauração e Gestão Hoteleira ou área afim;
- Bons conhecimentos da língua inglesa (Categoria B ou C);
- Conhecimentos de Espanhol (preferencial);
- Proatividade, motivação e dinamismo;
- Elevada vontade de evoluir e boa capacidade de aprendizagem;
- Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e comprometimento;
- Organização e atenção ao detalhe;
- Interesse pelo setor da aviação.
