**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our multilingual support team as a Customer Service Representative fluent in Turkish. In this role, you will assist advertisers and content creators using our client’s ad products across various social media platforms. Your work will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and effective user experience, helping clients navigate and utilize marketing tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Support**: Provide comprehensive support to content creators and influencers on social media, assisting with subscription management, account management, technical troubleshooting, and the use of marketing tools.
- **Outbound Communication**: Perform outbound phone calls to ensure customers fully understand the information provided to them and offer further assistance as needed.
- **Product and Tool Assistance**: Offer support on product usage and marketing tools, aiming to enhance the overall client experience.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify trends and troubleshoot issues affecting multiple small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients, providing solutions to common problems.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Turkish and strong proficiency in English.
- **Customer Service Experience**: Prior experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the social media or digital marketing sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and assist clients effectively.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Strong analytical skills to identify trends and resolve issues across various client accounts.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
