**Responsibilities - your mission**

Indeed, Airbus operates in an increasingly complex, data-oriented environment that requires effective collection, management, analysis and dissemination of data. The data collected, generated and held by Airbus are key assets that must be properly managed and protected to underpin Digital Transformation initiatives. The Human Resources (HR) organization is committed to supporting Airbus’ corporate digitalization initiatives.

The department you will be part of delivers services to support the HR function on several major axis:

- Organization, Master Data and Authorization Management in the Airbus HR systems in accordance with the defined Process Methods and company rules
- Basically, related to access requests (authorization), 2 main principles would need to be covered : Need To Know and Segregation of Duty.
- HR Business Operations for Regions & Subsidiaries for the EEDB (Electronic Employee Data Base) process

Electronic Employee Database (EEDB)

The EEDB is the process used to integrate the HR data from over 170 Airbus subsidiaries worldwide into the central Airbus HRIS Landscape. Once this is loaded into the HRIS systems, it is interfaced to the Airbus Corporate Systems and used as part of the official corporate headcount reports. You will be responsible to:

- Working with over 170 subsidiaries worldwide to ensure that their HR data is delivered on time and with a high level of data quality.
- Monitoring the automatic interface between the subsidiaries and the Workday HRIS system and managing the prompt correction of errors using an in-house Microsoft Access Solution.
- Monitoring the automatic interface between Workday and airbus’ legacy SAP HR system and managing the prompt correction of errors.
- Providing support to the local HR contacts in the subsidiaries via the EEDB generic mailbox.
- Working with the Global Mobility management team to manage employees transferring between different Airbus companies and performing the manual mobility processes directly in Workday.
- Ensuring a good level of data quality in the Workday and SAP systems through the use of data quality reports and managing the correction of any errors.
- Working with the other core HR teams (e.g., Organisation Management, HR Authorisations) to troubleshoot any issues.

- Interest in technology and IT Tools
- Knowledge on SAP HR / Workday HCM is a strong plus
- Google Suite tooling knowledge is a plus (G-Sheet / G-Slide / G-Meet / G-Mail / G-Keep)
- Negotiation level of English
