As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for people to join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative & Appointment Setter. **We prioritize people based in Portugal.**

**Tasks**:
- Outbound prospecting through cold call;
- Identify prospects’ needs and interests during conversations;
- Schedule meetings for sales team members;
- Register and update detailed information about leads and their interactions in the CRM system;
- Meet sales goals and performance objectives established by the company;
- Collaborate with other sales team members to optimize lead generation and sales strategies;
