**Who we are looking for**:

- You are driven to work in one of our teams below.
- You have recently finished or you are currently studying a relevant degree program such as Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar.
- You are enthusiastic about organizational culture, learning, development, and other HR-related topics.
- You find a fast-changing work environment with constant new challenges and responsibility for your own projects appealing.
- You are a team player, communicative and talented in organizing.
- You have a love of detail, creativity and commitment.
- You are fluent in English (and in German if you are interested in our People Operations opening).
- You have good MS-Office skills and are keen on digital work processes.

**What you would do as an intern in one of our teams**:
Recruiting:

- You will be responsible for organizing Emma's Recruiting Days.
- You will support in managing our Applicant Tracking System and Internal Referral pipeline.
- You will be part of interviews for all levels.

People Services:

- You will work closely with colleagues from the People Services and People Partners Team.
- You will support in operational or administrative tasks such as Employee Onboarding & Offboarding, Global Mobility, Reporting and Data Management.
- You will help maintain our Help Desk (JIRA) and HRIS System (Personio).

People Operations (for Portuguese speakers only):

- You will shape the employee experience including contract management and relocation processes, on
- and off-boarding as well as handling employee requests. You will also be point of contact for Emmies inquiries about tax and social security regulations.
- You will support People Partners on the monthly payroll preparation and processing for Europe.
- You will contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of current People Partners projects.
- You will be the owner of the People Partners knowledge base.
