Vroomly, c’est une startup en hyper-croissance qui **révolutionne le quotidien des garagistes & des automobilistes**
Concrètement, en tant que comparateur de garages en ligne, **nous mettons chaque jour en relation des milliers de garagistes de confiance avec des automobilistes** partout en France.
Depuis notre création en 2017, nous connaissons une croissance fulgurante:
- on est devenu leader de notre marché
- la Vroomteam est passée de **3 à 100 personnes**:
- **plus de 7000 garages partenaires** nous font confiance
- et on dénombre pas moins de **2** **millions de visiteurs uniques** sur son site chaque mois
Notre ambition dans tout ça ? C’est d’une part de **recréer de la confiance dans la relation automobilistes-garagistes et d’autre part de devenir l’outil indispensable des garages pour développer leur business**.
Pour cela, nous avons levé 5M€ en 2021 et proposons aujourd’hui 2 services **:Vroomly Booking**, notre plateforme de réservation de garages en ligne et **Vroomly Parts**, le 1er comparateur B2B de pièces auto qui permet aux garagistes d’acheter leurs pièces au meilleur prix et avec le meilleur niveau de service.

**Descriptif du poste**:
Nous renforçons notre **pôle Inside Sales** Le rôle est hyper central dans la croissance de Vroomly car tu seras en charge de la **conversion des leads B2C**.
Les automobilistes prennent RDV sur **Vroomly Booking** avec les garagistes, soit directement sur notre site internet, soit appellent nos équipes, et c’est là que tu interviens **Tu les conseilles et les guide vers le meilleur garage correspondant à leur besoin**.
Ta future équipe : Fabien, Quentin et Baptiste
Notre **business model** côté Booking reposant sur une commission sur les RDV réalisés par les garages, ton rôle est donc **crucial pour que nous continuions sur notre belle croissance**
**Tes missions**:
- **0 prospection** : tu traites et transformes uniquement des leads entrants.
- **Définir et comprendre **le besoin des automobilistes (ex: changer un pneu, réparer la carrosserie, remplacer la batterie ). **Pas de panique, tu seras formé(e) à la mécanique **:
- Les orienter vers le meilleur garage, et faire en sorte qu'ils réservent afin de **closer le rendez-vous**.
- Être **force de proposition** sur les enjeux liés à l’équipe (il y a encore plein de choses à mettre en place )
**Tes enjeux seront**:
- **Maximiser** ton taux de conversion
- **Minimiser** ton taux d’annulation
- **Gérer** un important volume d’appels entrants
- **Renvoyer** une excellente image de Vroomly à nos clients
**Tu es notre pépite si**:
- Tu as une **vraie niaque** et intelligence commerciale
- Tu prends à coeur de **renvoyer une excellente image** de ta boîte : tu es dynamique, tu sais sourire au téléphone et tu fais preuve d’écoute active
- Evidemment, avec notre croissance, il y a un **volume de calls important** à traiter (et bien traiter ), tu sais donc **t’organiser avec efficacité**
- Tu as un **excellent relationnel**, et tu sais créer du lien rapidement
