Inside Sales Representative

Para a nossa equipa de vendas estamos à procura de um Inside Sales.
A missão principal será fidelizar, potenciar e ampliar a carteira de clientes atribuida através da venda por telefone, para conseguir os objetivos comerciais.
Entre as principais funções:
- Trabalhar a base de prospetos atribuídos, deverá prospetar, negociar e fechar acordos de fornecimento com os clientes, maximizar o potencial do cliente e alcançar os objetivos de vendas.
- Programar e realizar chamadas telefónicas a clientes ativos com compra, com base na política comercial da empresa, para cumprir os objetivos de vendas.
- Realizar um seguimento continuado do consumo atual e potencial dos clientes, detetando possíveis desvios, novas necessidades, renegociando as condições de compra quando resulte necessário e potenciando o aumento de linhas de produto vendidas.
- Fazer seguimento telefónico dos novos contatos a fim de aumentar a quota de mercado e criar novos registos de clientes.
- Analisar a situação do mercado e da carteira de clientes atribuída, para detetar oportunidades de negocio e otimizar a gestão da mesma. Impulsar a venda de novas familias, produtos e serviços.
- Assessorar e informar sobre os nossos produtos aos clientes através de campanhas telefónicas e promoções de vendas para incrementar o volume de negócio.
- Manter a comunicação continuada com o departamento de Apoio ao cliente, para coordenar gestões especiais, ofertas, consultas sobre devoluções,etc
Qualificações e habilidades:
- Formação académica ao nível de bacharelato/ou Secundário com nível profissional.
- Valorizamos Formação ao nível de Técnicas de Vendas, Atenção ao cliente, Negociação ou similar.
- Exige-se 3 anos de experiência num posto de venda telefónica, gerindo carteiras de clientes.
- Nível de Espanhol médio e Inglês equivalente ao primeiro nível certificado.
- Microsoft Office ao nível do utilizador.
- O perfil que queremos corresponde a uma pessoa com uma clara orientação para a consecução de resultados, capacidade de negociação e orientação ao cliente.
