**About the project**:
- You will be providing services for Czech-speaking clients and help them solve any problems or inquiries they might have regarding the product or service offered by the company._
**Your tasks**:
- Receiving telephone calls from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning the product or service
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Handling clients' requests: policy changes, cancellations, claims, updating payment details
**What you need**:
- Fluency in _Czech_ (must be at least C1)
- Fluent in English (at least C1)
- Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
