Czech Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Czech Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed support to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes.
- Fluency in Czech (C1/C2 Level or Native).
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
- Typing Speed: 20 words per minute.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts.
- Good computer skills.
- Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good listening and empathy skills.
- Good time management skills.
