About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Czech Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed support to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Czech (C1/C2 Level or Native).
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
  • Typing Speed: 20 words per minute.
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good listening and empathy skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Team spirit and flexibility.
