Hartmann Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Czech-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to Microsoft enterprise customers, resolving complex issues related to Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong technical expertise in Office 365, Exchange Online, and networking protocols (Kerberos, DNS, NTLM, etc.). The successful candidate will have experience working with Azure Active Directory Connect, Active Directory, and PowerShell, as well as excellent communication skills in Czech and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Microsoft enterprise customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate with engineers, product groups, and management to find effective solutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering efficient support
- Document technical work for future reference and adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
What We Offer
In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer relocation assistance, including a fully equipped company-rented apartment for the first 14 months, with all expenses covered. You will also receive flight reimbursement and a free annual flight back to your home country.
Requirements

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum
