Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions in Czech and English.
Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Information Sharing: Provide detailed product or service information and educate customers on company policies.
Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions in the internal CRM system.
Feedback Collection: Proactively collect customer feedback to enhance service quality and product development.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Requirements: Language Proficiency: C1 level in Czech and B2 level in English (written and spoken).
Customer-Oriented Mindset: Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
