Join a fast-growing B2B SaaS product on a mission to accelerate the digital transition of work. As a Customer Support Representative at Hubstaff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, on-screen shares, and video conferencing
  • Collaborate with the EMEA team leader and global Support Professionals to resolve complex issues
  • Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot common user computer issues
  • Work with various software platforms and provide solutions to customers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, with a focus on 100% remote roles
  • Relevant experience working with a diverse range of software platforms
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to communicate product value to customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
