About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via various communication channels.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and concerns related to reservations, purchases, and services or goods
- Assist customers with payment, shipping, return, and exchange issues, as well as questions about their accounts
- Manage changes, adjustments, complaints, and other customer concerns
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
- Good English skills (B1 Level)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit
- The ability to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information

Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary ranging from €25,000 to €35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This estimate is based on the cost of living in Lisbon and industry standards.
