Account Manager

Colep Consumer Products is a multinational leading global player in the contract manufacturing of cosmetics and personal care, as well as a provider of innovative solutions for brands across the world.
The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the proper management of the current business at Europe, handling the customer and operations interactions with the aim to achieve a win/ win partnership.
**Main activities and responsibilities**:
- Manage multi-site EU-related sales business: internally in the plants within EU and externally with customers;
- Ensure preparation of quotations, i.e. material/operational costs, related investments and profitability analysis for new / changed products and Colep Consumer Products Portfolio;
- Define the pricing strategy to each current or potential customer with KAM and preparing the offer letters;
- Conduct price review for the existing products, based on the pricing strategy;
- Support the implementation of products under development, evaluating customer expectations and risks for Colep CP;
- Conduct review meetings with customers, regarding KPI’s, extra services, CNM, pricing, potential business, etc.;
- Ensuring compliance with the services agreed both by Colep CP and the customers in the contract.
**We are looking for**:
- 2-3 years of experience in this area or related (e.g.: procurement, project management, controlling);
- Fluent in English;
- High ability to build relationships with strong communication skills;
- Knowledge on Costing and Pricing;
- Analytical mindset;
- Teamwork and team coordination skills;
- Curious and competitive mindset;
- Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools;
- Knowledge of SAP.
