Se respondeste que sim a tudo, então podes ser o(a) **Reservations & Revenue Assistant Trainee **que procuramos para os Bomporto
- Licenciatura em Gestão Hoteleira, Turismo ou semelhantes;
- Fluência na Língua Inglesa;
- Sentido de Responsabilidade e Organização;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação;
- Espírito de equipa;
- Elegibilidade para Estágio do IEFP, nível 6.

**As tuas tarefas**:

- Up-selling e cross-selling para potencializar as vendas por hospede;
- Compreender a estratégia de preços do hotel e aplicá-la de acordo com o estipulado pela direção de vendas e marketing;
- Apoiar no controlo e gestão dos Allotments e na coordenação e gestão do planning de reservas, para uma melhor rentabilidade da taxa de ocupação;
- Apoiar no tratamento de todas as reservas solicitadas por outros departamentos;
- Ajudar na verificação de todas as garantias, depósitos previstos para cada reserva e dos respetivos dead-lines;
- Apoio na gestão de todos os sites de reservas.
