Loyalty Support Service

**Main responsabilities**:
Act as support and execute essential functions for the loyalty program in Portugal, focusing on the
following tasks:
- Loyalty claims and queries: Support the Loyalty Advisor in the response to claims and queries that
come in through the Call Center, operations team and sites, specific to Loyalty: coupon claims, card
claims, promotion claims, virtual money control, among others.
- PO and GR control: Support the Loyalty Advisor in managing the PO and GR control. Controlling the
invoices from suppliers, requesting GRs, guaranteeing the PO is correct in each invoice, filling in the ASP
map, aligning costs and budget.
- Support in IT activities: Manage the IT day-to-day activities for Loyalty: supporting operations and sites
with IT problem resolution coordinating with the Iberia IT team, requesting certificates, correcting
promotion incidents, errors in ticket printing, card rejection, among others.
- Support operations in loyalty activities: Prepare and coordinate local promotions requested by
operations. Coordinate with IT to implement the promotions. Coordinate with IT to test the promotions.
Support sites and Operations during the promotions accompanying claims and possible IT incidents.
- Support loyalty coupon promotions: Support the Loyalty Advisor in the implementation of
promotions. Coordinate with IT to implement the promotions. Coordinate with IT to test the
promotions. Write site documents to explain the promotions and how they work. Support sites and

Support CRM campaign management: Support the Loyalty Advisor and CRM Advisor in the
development of local CRM campaigns gathering information, proofreading the language, reviewing the
final communication.
- Others: Search for cost efficiencies, process improvements, support local partners and/or rewards
management, request analytical information, support in more administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Bachelor's Degree in Management/Business Management
Analytical capability

**Salary**: 1900€/monthly gross
Food allowance: 9€/per day (In meal allowance)
